1.Acceptance of these terms
By inviting Lenzia to a Discord server, configuring it, or interacting with it, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the bot and remove it from your server.
These terms are in addition to the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. If there is any conflict, Discord's rules take precedence.
2.What Lenzia is
Lenzia is a free Discord bot, independently developed and operated. It is not affiliated with Discord Inc. Its main features are:
- Automated moderation: detects and acts on spam, suspicious links, excessive caps, mass mentions, vulgar language, and banned words, based on each server's configuration.
- Chat: replies to messages in the channel chosen by an administrator, using AI-generated responses with different humorous personalities.
- Control panel: admin commands to configure channels, rules, limits, and reply frequency.
- Community features: activity streaks, karma, warnings, and related roles.
- Tickets: private threads for requests and file submissions (for example, texture packs).
- Stream announcements: automatic posts when a stream starts or ends, if the server is linked to Live Spars.
3.Who may use it
You must meet the minimum age Discord requires in your country (at least 13, or older where your region requires it). To invite and configure the bot you need administrator permissions on the server.
4.Acceptable use
When using Lenzia, you agree not to:
- Use the bot to harass, threaten, defame, or attack other people.
- Attempt to make it generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, violent content, or hate speech.
- Send spam, make automated bulk requests, or deliberately overload the service.
- Exploit bugs, bypass moderation, or try to access parts of the system you are not entitled to.
- Resell the service, pass it off as your own, or use it to deceive third parties.
- Upload files containing malware or content you do not hold the rights to.
Breaking any of these rules may result in the bot being removed from your server immediately and without prior notice.
5.AI-generated responses
Chat replies are generated by an artificial intelligence model. That means:
- The content is automated and may be inaccurate, nonsensical, or inappropriate for the context.
- The bot's personalities are meant as humor and do not represent the views of the developer or of Discord.
- Nothing the bot says should be taken as medical, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional advice.
- There is no guarantee that responses will be coherent, truthful, or consistent with one another.
6.Automated moderation
The bot may delete messages, post public warnings, log incidents, and issue warnings according to the server's configuration. Detection combines fixed rules with AI analysis, so it can get things wrong: it may delete something harmless or miss something that breaks the rules.
Administrators can disable rules, exclude channels, and adjust limits from the bot's panel. Final responsibility for moderation on a server always rests with its administrators.
7.Server owner responsibilities
Whoever invites the bot is responsible for:
- Configuring it correctly and letting members know that an AI-powered bot is active on the server.
- The permissions granted to it and the actions the bot performs with those permissions.
- The content their members send through the bot.
8.Service availability
Lenzia is provided free of charge and "as is", with no guarantee of availability. The service may go down, be delayed, lose data, change its features, or shut down permanently at any time and without prior notice.
9.Suspension and removal
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit features, or remove the bot from any server, at any time and without having to give a reason, particularly in cases of abuse.
You may stop using it whenever you want: kick the bot from your server. Doing so deletes the data associated with that server, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer of Lenzia is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the bot, including messages deleted in error, AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.
11.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date shown above. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new version.
12.Contact
For questions, reports, or complaints about these terms, message lestgiann on Discord.
